To register fill out our registration form and submit the form with 1st months payment to the drop box at the Children’s Creative Habitat Center or email your registration form to Danceforcekids@gmail.com  

 

PAYMENT POLICIES:

Payments are due at the 1st of every month. Failure to submit payment will result in your child not being able to participate in the class until full payment is recieved. A 20% discount is offered for the second or third child in a family if all are registered, this offer is also valid for faculty students. 

 

WITHDRAWAL POLICIES:

Should you choose to withdraw from our program please submit a 30 day written notice to Dance Force Kids before you childs last expected class date. If no notice is given Dance Force will charge you for the following months classes.
